Cowley

Cowley's full name is Temple Cowley, derived from ancient land-owners the Knights Templar. Modern Cowley has developed alongside its car factory, now experiencing new success under BMW. William Morris opened his first car factory at Temple Cowley in 1912. A far more recent development, one that is not yet complete, is the Cowley Business Park where many well known names such as Oxfam are relocating.
